Matt was blessed on Sunday, March 30, 2008 in the Granite Bay third ward. Most of Sean's family was there to support. Sean invited his dad, brother Jared, brother-in-law Scott, cousin Cameron, Bishop Cota, and his friend Chris to stand in the circle to bless Matt. The blessing was beautiful. He blessed Matt to grow strong in the gospel and become a good example for his siblings. Jared told us that Matt smiled big when Sean blessed him to be a good example to his siblings. Sean also blessed him to go on a mission to preach the Lord's gospel to those who don't have the light of Christ in their lives. He also blessed him to be married to a daught of zion in the Lord's temple. I loved every word that was said during the blessing. I just wish I remembered the blessing word by word. After the blessing, we went to Jodi's and had lunch together. It was a fun day!
