The Best Two Years!

Sean and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary today! Wow, time sure
goes by fast!! Today, my sister in law Jodi babysat Matthew while we
were having dinner at a nice, fancy Italian restaurant by the mall. It
was nice because they made us guests of honor and gave us a bunch of
free stuff!! They sat us at the only red table in the restaurant, by
the window where we could see pretty Christmas lights (yes, there are
Christmas trees and lights everywhere already! I think Christmas comes
earlier each year, don't you think? I think it's so that people would
start buying things earlier since we have such bad economy right now..
but who knows?) Alright, back to our anniversary... They gave us an
appitizer, a bottle of some kind of an Italian brand water, little bit
of walnut ravioli, and dessert! I know, we were so lucky!! The service
was great, too. We talked a lot about the past memories, about how we
met and when we started dating, etc... We had some good laughs talking
about it.

Well, let's see what we have accomplished together
for the past two years since we got married. We have graduated from
college with a B.S. degrees, moved out of Rexburg to come to Roseville,
have a beautiful baby boy together.... Well, the list goes on and on...
We have a lot more goals to achieve, of course, but I think that it's a
lot easier to achieve them when we are together. We support each
other's decisions. We respect each other. I have the greatest husband
ever! He's mellow, sweet, and pretty much the nicest person in the
world! I really do believe that. I don't know how I got so lucky. I am
so grateful for him and his love for me. I love him very much too. I
couldn't live without him.

Our love is growing stronger day by
day. Who says that it's over once you're married? My love for Sean is
even stronger and deeper today than it was 2 years ago. I love our son,
Matthew. What a blessing he has been in our lives. We love him dearly.

Well, Happy 2 year Anniversary, Sean!! I love you!!!

Our First Anniversary (Our Trip to SLC)

Yay, Sean and I have been married for a year already!! Wow, time just flies! For our first anniversary, we went to Salt Lake City, Utah to celebrate. We stayed at Hilton's for a couple days. The hotel was at a walking distance from the temple square, about two blocks away. We enjoyed walking over to the temple square although I got a little tired after a while. The first night we were there, we went to "the roof". It is a nice buffet restaurant where you can overlook the Salt Lake temple. The food was delicious, I was so impressed! I probably gained a few pounds after I ate there. After dinner, we went to the visitors center and had a nice presentation about eternal families. Even though I had seen the presentation over and over again on my mission, wait, I took people on the presentation probably more than 100 times, but I still cried. It was great. I thought about Matthew and how grateful I was to have him in our family.

The next day, we went down to Orem area and went to this Brazillian restaurant that everyone was talking about. Wow, I was really impressed. I wish they had something like that here in Roseville. Next time we go to Utah, we are definitely going over there again. They have about 30 different kinds of grilled meat and fish that we can eat and a beautiful salad bar. I loved everything there and it was pretty cheap too. After that, we went to American Fork to go to Xango which is a dinausaur museum. It was fun.

Our first anniversary was wonderful. Sean and I are still happily married and still very excited to spend the rest of our lives together.
