So we went in the pool... Oh how grateful we are for Scott and Jodi for letting our little family to use their pool whenever we feel like it!!
Seanie and Mattie (Hmm.. I probably shouldn't spell their names like that.)Mattie loves being in the pool. At first, he didn't like it so much because it was a little cold but then as he got more used to the water temperature, he started really enjoying being in the pool with everyone.
Brandon is Matthew's FAVORITE cousin. He LOVES Brandon so much. He's about the only one that could babysit Matthew. Matthew started really liking all his cousins - especially Jodi and Scott's four boys since they live literally right down the street - and sometimes Sean and I go to the gym together for an hour or so and Matt hangs with his cousins, without crying a bit. Now that's an accomplishment!!
We were all trying to get Matthew too look at the camera but obviously it didn't work. No one, except me, even looked at the camera. :-)
Well, everyone looked except Matthew!HAPPY SUMMER, EVERYONE!!

grace loves the water too! i think it is so fun to experience life through the eyes of our little ones...everything seems so exciting and new again.
in response to your last post, grace is a pretty big eater. my mother in law gave me this awesome cookbook when grace started eating solids, "deceptively delicious" it has some awesome recipes that combine yummy foods with tons of pureed veggies. it's helped my cook foods that are good and more importantly, good for you. maybe mattie would like it.
i know summer is busy, but we still need to get together with matthew and grace.
good luck with your light eater...maybe mattie could give me some tips on how to eat less!!! i'm sure he is just fine. sometimes when they become more active they have a lull in weight gain since they are burning more calories. he looks so cute!
